Here I Am Version 1.1

Version 1.1 of Here I Am is now available in the App Store.

It addresses the accuracy issues that some users were experiencing by allowing you to define a minimum desired accuracy. The mail application will not load until your location has been pinpointed within the accuracy set.

The Accuracy is set under Settings -> Here I Am.Here I Am settings page.

Thanks for the feedback Michael. I’m glad you like the application.

I’ll look into the possibility of using OSM as an alternative mapping source in a future release.

Gareth.

This is great software. Simple and just works. Thanks.

Do you think it would be possible to offer the option of an OSM (Openstreetmap) link as an alternative to the google maps? A lot of us OSM’ers have mapped areas that would really make this and OSM shine.

And from the export tab on the main page (includes a marker)

Thanks, Michael

I don’t succed to have access to preferences/settings of “here i am” .
Program goes automaticaly from “finding location” to email page without permitting to me to do anything.
Tell me what i can do, please

Hi Rich,

Here I Am does not display a map at all. It never has.

There are a few other application in the App Store that perform a similar function. Perhaps you are confusing mine with another one?
